Our services include:

Kitchen Cleaning: Cabinets, Sinks, Countertops (all stone), Microwave, Stovetop/Oven, Fridge/Wine Cellar, drawers (outside) flooring ( hardwood,tile, vinyl, marble, soapstone, etc).  Hand wash dishes or use dishwasher.

Bathroom Cleaning: Shower/Tub, Toilets, Countertop, Floors (all floor types)

Living Room/Dining Room Cleaning: Dusting/Sweeping, Mopping (including hand washing floors and baseboards for thorough cleanliness)

Windows- interior cleaning

Entryway/Foyer Cleaning/Den: Flooring, Vacuuming 

Basements ( Single Family service/duplexes only)

Laundry -wash/fold (in unit only)

Legacy 1 Cleaning Services offers professional commercial cleaning for diverse spaces like offices, retail & event spaces, artist lofts, churches, and childcare facilities. Our expertise includes maintaining hardwood and carpet flooring, ensuring a spotless kitchen environment, thorough dusting and sanitizing of common areas, and specialized deep cleaning for child care facilities.

Post Construction /Renovation Cleaning

Single unit or SFH $350.00 3-4 man hours &  $500.00 for 5-7 hours. 

Multiple units/high- buildings, call for walkthrough and free quote.
